This recipe is so easy, but delicious! It’s simple and quick if you need something fast to take on the go.
You’ll need just 3 ingredients:
Pillsbury cinnamon rolls, walnuts, and apple pie filling, that’s it! Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grab a 2-quart (8×8) baking dish and spray it with Pam spray. Open the cinnamon rolls and cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces. Spread those out in the baking dish. Top the cinnamon rolls with pie filling & walnuts.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool. Once cool top with cinnamon roll icing.
Tip: I microwaved the icing for about 7 seconds before putting it on the cobbler.
To elevate the dessert a bit more, top with vanilla bean ice cream!
