Butter Pie Dough

My recipe will make 1 pie dough.

What you will need:

1 1/4 cup all purpose flour

1 tsp. sugar

1 stick unsalted butter, chilled

1/4 cup water, cold

Mix all together well & refrigerate for an hour, or up to 2 days.

I use a silicone baking mat to roll dough on & sprinkle flour on the mat. The dough can sometimes be a little sticky. If it is sticky, add a little flour as you roll it.
