Easy Blackberry Pie

This Pie is delicious! It can be made in about 10 minutes and baked in an hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


4 Cups fresh blackberries

3/4 C. sugar

2 tbsp. sugar set aside

1/2 c. flour

Pillsbury Pie Crust

2 tbsp. milk

Pam Spray

Mix flour, 3/4 cup of sugar, and blackberries together. Set aside. Spray Pie dish with Pam Spray. Place 1 crust into pie pan. Put blackberry mixture into pie pan. Place 2nd pie crust on top and pinch shut all the way around the pie. Brush milk on top of pie & blot off any extra with a paper towel. Sprinkle remaining sugar on top of pie crust. Poke holes in top pie crust with a fork. Bake pie for one hour, or until pie crust is baked.

Serve with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.

Note: If you use frozen blackberries, it will require more flour or even some cornstarch because they hold a lot more water. I like using fresh blackberries for this reason.
