I made these ribs last week & my husband loved them!
I used Butt country style ribs. The key to these types of ribs is to cook them low and slow in the oven.
Start with your seasoning. I used 1/2 cup garlic powder, 1/2 cup onion powder, and 1/2 tsp smoked paprika. Mix the seasonings all together in a bowl & rub onto the ribs. Cover the ribs with foil & set in the fridge overnight.
The next day bake them for 2 hours at 325 degrees. Once they are done, baste with your favorite BBQ sauce. I used Sweet Baby Ray’s. Broil them for 1-2 minutes & serve!
