Pineapple Crack

This is a quick and healthy snack! It’s better with fresh pineapple but I didn’t have any here so I’m using canned.


1 can pineapple chunks

1 box sugar-free cherry or black cherry Jell-o

Lay pineapple chunks flat in a dish. Sprinkle with Jell-o powder and refrigerate overnight.

Snack on it the next day!
