Just 34 more days until Autumn and what is a better way to ring in the new fall season than with a sweet pumpkin pie?
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
15 ounce can of pumpkin puree
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
1 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 9 inch unbaked pie crust
Mix all ingredients together, except the pie crust.
Spray pie pan with Pam Spray and put pie crust into the pie pan.
Pour in pumpkin mixture into the pie pan. Crimp the edges of the crust around the pie.
Bake for 1 hour or until pumpkin & crust is set and baked. I cover the pie with foil until the last 5-10 minutes.
