This is a good, hearty meal!
16 ounces bow tie pasta
4 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1/2 tbsp dried basil
8 ounces cream cheese (softened and cut into cubes)
8 ounces sun dried tomatoes (California Sun Dry Julienne Cut with Herbs)
2 cups milk
8 ounces parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 package chicken tenderloins, cut up & cook in butter. While cooking, season with Dash Italian Medley Seasoning & also Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning.
Cook pasta according to package directions. While cooking prepare the sauce.
In a medium size pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring the whole time. Stir in dried basil. Add in the cream cheese. Stir with a whisk until mixture is smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in sun dried tomatoes.
Continue cooking over medium heat and stir in the milk. Whisk constantly until it is blended into the sauce. Stir in parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted. Serve over hot noodles & add chicken to the top or stir it in.
