Unstuffed Cabbage Roll Soup

This soup makes a large pot but it’s so good!

What you will need:

1 lb ground beef.

1 garlic clove, peeled & minced

2 cans 14.5 ounces Hunts diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano

1 28 ounce can of crushed tomatoes

1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar

2 10.75 ounce cans of tomato soup (add a can of water to Dutch oven when you add each can of soup as well.)

6 bouillon beef cubes

4 cups water

3/4 head of cabbage, cut up

2 cups sliced carrots

1/2 tsp. Dash Italian Seasoning

1 Cup pre-cooked rice (boil in a bag type.)

1/2 Yellow Onion, diced

Onion powder & garlic powder, to taste

A dash of salt & pepper


Brown ground beef with yellow onion. Drain fat. Add everything into a large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil, then simmer until veggies are tender. Enjoy!
