Pumpkin Butter

I saw this recipe on the Libby’s site & decided to make it. It didn’t disappoint!


1 15 oz can of Libby’s Pure Pumpkin

1/4 c. honey

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp ground cloves


Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to low heat, stirring frequently, for 20-25 minutes or until thickened. Serve with biscuits, muffins, bagels, or breads. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 months.
